Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By booking and participating in our travel packages, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please read this document carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Reservations and Payments

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the package is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the trip start date.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the travel date will receive a 70% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the trip will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 15 days in advance.
Only 20% refund in any case.
In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters or justified medical emergencies), we will evaluate rescheduling options without additional charges, subject to availability.

4. Package Inclusions

The services included in the package are:

Round trip flight.
Accommodation in a Canarian-style house.
Refrigerator filled according to indicated needs.
Transportation to and from the airport, as well as to daily activities.
Scheduled activities (horseback riding and tours around Tenerife).

Any additional services not explicitly mentioned will be subject to extra charges.

5. Participant Responsibility

Participants must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including dietary needs, allergies or physical limitations.
It is the responsibility of each participant to have valid medical and travel insurance for the duration of the package.
Participants must follow the guides' instructions and respect safety regulations during activities.

6. Modifications to the Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for reasons beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, logistical issues or local restrictions. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be offered at no additional cost.

7. Responsibility of the Organizer

We are committed to providing services as specified in the package, ensuring quality and safety.
We are not responsible for any loss, personal injury, flight delays or other inconveniences caused by third parties or situations beyond our control.

8. Confidentiality and Use of Data

The personal data provided by participants will be used exclusively for the management of reservations and activities related to the travel package, in compliance with current data protection regulations.

9. Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to our services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tenerife, Spain.
